Booking an appointment
To book your appointment, whether for treatment or consultation, we take a £30 deposit to secure your booking.
If you decide not to go forth with any treatments after your consultation, you will be able to request a refund.
The refund will be given to you via cheque you can collect in person or it can be posted to you.
The only time you do not need to make a deposit is if you already have a package with us.
We will hold your booking for 10 minutes. If you arrive any later, unfortunately, you will have to reschedule your appointment & you will lose your deposit.
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so we will do our best to adjust your booking if needed.
If you have a package with us, the session; will be deducted from your package.
Our company requires 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you fail to give us the appropriate notice, it will result in you losing your deposit.
If you have a package with us, the session you have missed; will be redeemed from your package.
Laser Treatment Preparation
Before you attend your appointment; Please ensure you are freshly shaved from the night before so you can receive the best results.
If you have not shaved suitably and there is still a lot of hair, your appointment will have to be rescheduled for another day. However, if you have shaved to the best of your ability, we can dry-shave you.
Please note: this can cause your skin to be more irritated and sensitive during your session.
Please do not wear any makeup if you are receiving any laser treatments on the face. If the makeup is not removed properly, this can cause a bad reaction to the skin. Furthermore, please make sure you are not wearing any perfume in any of the areas being treated.
WE DO NOT! Accept any form of swearing, rude or aggressive attitude towards any of our patients and staff.
If you have any form of complaint, kindly inform us & we will handle the situation as appropriately and professionally as we can in in-order to get the issue solved.
