How It Works?

1. Sign Up: Secure your rate with a simple 12-month Direct Debit agreement (£199/month).

3. Book & Pamper: Book your 2 chosen facial treatments each month.

Terms and Conditions

1. Membership & Payment

• The Glow Pass is a 12-month binding contract paid via monthly Direct Debit at £199.00 per month.

• Payments are automatically deducted on the agreed date each month.

2. Included & Excluded Services

• Entitlement includes two (2) facial treatments per calendar month. Unused treatments do not roll over to subsequent months unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• All facial treatments are included. Laser hair removal and injectable treatments are strictly excluded from this offer. Protocoles apply.

3. Cancellations & Contract Termination

• Standard Term: The contract cannot be canceled prior to the 12-month end date except under medical necessity.

• Medical Termination Clause: You may terminate this contract prior to the end of the 12-month term if the member produces a valid doctor's note certifying that they are medically unfit or unable to receive further facial treatments. Upon receipt and approval of the doctor's note, future Direct Debit payments will be canceled with no penalty.

4. Appointments & Missed Sessions

• Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to therapist availability.

• Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of that session for the month.
